The lubrication process of the dies that allow hot forming is carried out with graphite-based products, consisting of aqueous suspensions with specific additives and applied by spraying on the contact surfaces.
The components in question, engineered and produced by us, are located in the spraying system, ensuring the correct and constant application of the product on the surface to be lubricated.
These components consist of:
Continuous rotary filter to treat the lacquer pumped at high pressure to the spray system, protecting the spray guns from clogging.
Available:
The sliding valve manages the spraying circuits: sending the lacquer under pressure to the spraying devices, or stopping the sending of lacquer to the spraying devices and simultaneously decompressing the circuit itself.
In this configuration the spray gun is activated by the flow of lacquer itself which, arriving under pressure in the gun body, overcomes the pressure of the closing spring and dispenses the product; when the flow ceases, the pressure of the lacquer in the valve body decreases, allowing the spring to close the gun, interrupting the dispensing of the product.
In this configuration the spray gun is activated: both in opening and closing, by means of the pneumatic control actuator.
All the aforementioned components are fully interchangeable with similar components installed on our systems.
All the aforementioned re-engineered components are manufactured by us and the availability of spare parts is guaranteed over time.
